Payment
All prices on this website are in $US. A currency converter is provided for your convenience, to be used as a guideline only, as all payments are in $US.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure server or by phone or fax, and American Express and Discover through Paypal. Alternate methods of payment are available by prior arrangement, please contact us prior to placing your order. For your security we recommend you never send credit card information through email.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax on purchases being shipped outside of Canada.
Within Canada – GST/HST will be added to your total invoice (item plus shipping).
Within Ontario – 13% HST will be added to your total invoice (item plus shipping).
GST/HST is calculated based on the shipping address for all Canadian orders.
Orders
A confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process. This email is to confirm that we have received your order, it does not guarantee that an item is in stock. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received.
Availability and prices are subject to change without notice, and all items are subject to prior sale. As limited quantities of each product listed is in stock and available for sale - usually only one of each item is available - products may sell out before the website has updated. Should an item no longer be available, we will contact you at the telephone number and/or email address you provide.Return Policy
It’s simple: your purchase is guaranteed to be as described.
Should you ever receive an item that is not as described, please contact us for return authorization within three (3) days of receipt.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Return shipping instructions will be sent along with your return authorization.
Your item(s) will have non-permanent removable security markings. Once you have inspected the piece(s) and are satisfied with your purchase, the markings can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
This security mark must remain intact for all returns. If this mark is not present the item(s) cannot be returned.
All returned items must include the original shipping packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded in full. We are not able to offer exchanges, as most of our items are one of a kind.
If returning a product which included any promotional or bonus items, such as gifts with purchase, these items must be returned along with the original item purchased.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable for all returns.
