Shipping

Purple Unicorn Collectibles is located near Ottawa, Ontario in Canada's Capital Region. We are happy to ship worldwide.

Please see below for more information regarding shipping within Canada, shipping to the US and shipping to other international destinations.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours; for multiple items or larger crystal items, please allow two business days for shipping. Need it shipped right away - just let us know!

Before shipping your order we place our non-permanent removable security marking on all items. For more information about this mark, please see our Return Policy on our Store Policies page.

We personally pack and ship your purchases with great care to ensure that your crystal arrives safely and in the same condition as when it left. We do not charge for packing materials, nor do we charge any handling fees.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the shipping weight of each item, when you place your order. Whenever possible, we are happy to combine shipping costs when two or more items are shipped together. 

If you order multiple items and the calculated shipping cost charged is incorrect, any shipping overage paid will be refunded to you once the actual combined shipping charges are calculated. If you would like a combined shipping quote prior to making your purchase, please contact us and we would be happy to provide that for you.

Please note that due to size and/or weight some items must be shipped separately.

Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping within Canada is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking and delivery confirmation. Canada Post Xpresspost Parcel is also available. Insurance is always included at no additional charge.

Shipping to the US

Standard shipping to the US is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking and delivery confirmation. Canada Post Xpresspost Parcel is also available. Insurance is always included at no additional charge.

Please note that shipping from Canada to the US by Standard (Expedited) Parcel can take up to 2 weeks (10 business days) to arrive.

Xpresspost Parcel generally takes one week (5 business days) to arrive.

Other shipping options are available upon request. If you require faster delivery, please contact us for an alternative shipping quote to your destination.

Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes charged by your country. Customs documents will reflect the actual purchase price, excluding shipping cost. Please do not ask us to undervalue the shipment or to declare your purchase a gift.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide, but as international shipping costs vary greatly by destination we cannot always provide flat shipping rates on our website. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

If the shipping calculator at the checkout cannot provide a shipping rate, and for large shipments (over 2 kg), please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Please note that shipping from Canada to international destinations can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
