Anchor
Introduced in 1993 and retired in 1996, the Anchor was designed by Edith Mair for the In the Realms of Fantasy and Fairy Tales theme group.
Measuring 1 1/2" high and featuring 18k gold plated metal detail, this piece comes complete with its original inner and outer boxes and COA, as pictured.
The picture of the anchor on the front of the box has been torn off. This appears to be from removing the price tag or possibly tape.
