SCS 1999 Pierrot Event Tabac Mask Tac Pin

This gorgeous masquerade-style mask tac pin/brooch was only available at SCS Annual Edition "Pierrot" events in 1999.

The pin is 15/16" long, and features tabac (amber) crystals on gold plate.

Comes complete with black velvet pouch (not pictured).
