Francois Kris Bear
From the International Kris Bears series introduced and retired in 2007.
Francois is 1 3/4" high, a French artist in faceted clear crystal with Jet crystal eyes and nose. He is holding an unfaceted clear paint brush with the tip accented in Sapphire crystal "paint". He is carrying a full color "picture" of the Eiffel Tower.
There are a few small imperfections. There is one tiny fleabite on his chest, too small to photograph.
There is also a scratch under the green paint in the painting. It is visible from behind (see photos) but is not visible from the front.
